Accuracy and transparent correction are central to HRCalculator.net. When something is wrong or unclear, we want to fix it and show what changed.
How to Report an Issue
You can report a problem through our Contact & Feedback page or the structured feedback control shown on each calculator. When you describe an issue, use only nonconfidential, fictitious sample values — never real employee, payroll, attendance, applicant, or benefits data.
What Happens Next
- We reproduce the issue using nonconfidential, golden-test-style values.
- We investigate the formula, assumptions, display, or explanatory content involved.
- We fix the issue or explain why the current behavior is correct.
- When a calculation changes, we version and document the change.
Issue Categories
- Calculation or formula error — the math or logic produces an incorrect result.
- Assumption, limitation, or explanatory-content issue — the supporting text is unclear, incomplete, or inaccurate.
- Interface, accessibility, or printing issue — the tool is hard to use, navigate, read, or print.

Versioning of Calculation Changes
Any change to a formula or default value requires an engine version change, regression tests against known cases, an updated review date, and a documented resolution. This keeps every calculation change traceable.
